This Photo and Video Release Policy explains how Trilogy Sports & Fitness may capture, use, and manage photos, videos, testimonials, training clips, performance highlights, and other media involving clients, athletes, parents, guardians, guests, and participants.

By using our website, creating an account, purchasing a package, purchasing training, booking a session, registering for a program, signing a child up for services, attending a session, participating in services, submitting media, or allowing yourself or your child to participate in Trilogy Sports & Fitness activities, you give Trilogy Sports & Fitness permission to capture and use photos, videos, testimonials, training clips, performance highlights, and other media involving you or your child for business, promotional, educational, operational, and marketing purposes.

Clients, parents, and guardians who do not want themselves or their child included in photos, videos, testimonials, promotional content, or media may submit a written request through the Support Request page at https://trilogyfitpt.com/support.

1. Purpose of Photo and Video Use

Trilogy Sports & Fitness may use photos, videos, testimonials, training clips, performance highlights, and other media for legitimate business, promotional, educational, operational, and marketing purposes.

This may include, but is not limited to:

Website content Social media posts Advertisements Promotional videos Training highlights Athlete development content Performance education Program promotion Facility promotion Email or text marketing Printed materials Internal training or staff education Client success stories Before-and-after progress examples General business promotion 2. Types of Media That May Be Captured

Media may include, but is not limited to:

Photos Videos Training clips Performance testing footage Group session footage Camp or clinic footage Athlete highlights Testimonials Written reviews Screenshots of submitted feedback Before-and-after comparisons Images or videos submitted directly by clients, parents, guardians, or athletes 3. Photo and Video Permission

By purchasing a package, purchasing training, enrolling in a membership or subscription, booking a session, registering for a program, signing a child up for services, attending a session, participating in services, submitting media, or allowing yourself or your child to participate in Trilogy Sports & Fitness activities, clients, athletes, parents, guardians, guests, and participants give Trilogy Sports & Fitness permission to capture, record, photograph, film, edit, publish, post, share, distribute, and use media involving themselves or their child.

This permission applies to media used for business, promotional, educational, operational, and marketing purposes, including website content, social media, advertisements, printed materials, email or text marketing, program promotion, facility promotion, training highlights, and client success stories.

For minor participants, the parent or legal guardian who registers, signs up, purchases, books, submits forms, or allows the child to participate confirms that they have authority to provide this permission on behalf of the minor.

4. Opt-Out and Written Requests Not to Use Media

Clients, parents, and guardians may request that Trilogy Sports & Fitness not use photos, videos, testimonials, training clips, performance highlights, or other media involving themselves or their child.

Media opt-out requests should include:

Client or athlete name Parent or guardian name, if applicable Best contact information A clear statement that the client, parent, or guardian does not want themselves or their child included in photos, videos, testimonials, promotional content, or media Any specific details about existing media, if applicable

Trilogy Sports & Fitness will make reasonable efforts to honor written media opt-out requests after they are received and processed.

5. Minor Athletes

Trilogy Sports & Fitness works with youth athletes and minors.

By purchasing a package, purchasing training, enrolling in a program, booking a session, signing a child up for services, submitting forms, creating an account, or allowing a child to participate in Trilogy Sports & Fitness services, the parent or legal guardian gives Trilogy Sports & Fitness permission to capture and use photos, videos, testimonials, training clips, performance highlights, and other media involving the minor for business, promotional, educational, operational, and marketing purposes.

Parents and guardians who do not want their child included in photos, videos, testimonials, promotional content, or media must submit a written request through:

Trilogy Sports & Fitness will make reasonable efforts to honor written opt-out requests after they are received and processed.

6. No Guarantee of Compensation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients, athletes, parents, guardians, guests, and participants will not receive compensation, royalties, payment, discounts, credits, or other benefits for the use of photos, videos, testimonials, reviews, training clips, performance highlights, or other media.

7. Ownership and Use of Media

Photos, videos, graphics, promotional content, marketing materials, and edited media created by or for Trilogy Sports & Fitness may be owned by Trilogy Sports & Fitness or used under appropriate permission.

Trilogy Sports & Fitness may edit, crop, format, caption, publish, repost, distribute, or use media for business, promotional, educational, operational, and marketing purposes.

Trilogy Sports & Fitness will make reasonable efforts to use media respectfully and professionally.

8. Client-Submitted Media

If a client, parent, guardian, athlete, or participant submits photos, videos, testimonials, reviews, progress updates, or other media to Trilogy Sports & Fitness, they confirm that they have the right to submit that media and grant Trilogy Sports & Fitness permission to review, store, edit, repost, publish, or use the submitted media for business, promotional, educational, operational, or marketing purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing through an approved support request.

This includes media submitted by website form, support ticket, email, text message, app, portal, social media direct message, tag, mention, shared folder, or other communication method.

9. Social Media Tags, Mentions, and Public Posts

If a client, parent, guardian, athlete, or participant tags, mentions, shares, or publicly posts content involving Trilogy Sports & Fitness, its programs, staff, facility, services, or training, Trilogy Sports & Fitness may repost, share, or use that content for business, promotional, educational, operational, or marketing purposes.

Public tagging or mentioning Trilogy Sports & Fitness does not guarantee that the content will be used, and Trilogy Sports & Fitness may choose not to share or repost content at its discretion.

10. Media Removal Requests

Clients, parents, and guardians may request that Trilogy Sports & Fitness review removal of a photo, video, testimonial, training clip, performance highlight, or other media item involving themselves or their child.

Trilogy Sports & Fitness will review media removal requests and make reasonable efforts to respond appropriately.

11. Limitations on Removal

Trilogy Sports & Fitness will make reasonable efforts to remove or stop using media when appropriate. However, we cannot guarantee complete or immediate removal of media that has already been published, shared, printed, distributed, downloaded, reposted, screenshotted, archived, indexed by search engines, or posted on third-party platforms.

Social media platforms Search engines Shared posts Reposts by other users Printed flyers or materials already distributed Emails or text messages already sent Advertisements already running Archived website pages Third-party platforms outside of our control 12. Sensitive Information

Trilogy Sports & Fitness will make reasonable efforts not to publish sensitive personal information in media content.

This includes information such as home addresses, private contact information, medical details, billing information, or other sensitive account information.

Clients, parents, guardians, and athletes should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information through photos, videos, testimonials, or public comments.

13. Respectful and Appropriate Use

Trilogy Sports & Fitness intends to use photos, videos, testimonials, and media in a respectful and professional way that supports our business, athletes, clients, programs, and community.

We do not intend to use media in a way that is knowingly misleading, defamatory, inappropriate, exploitative, or harmful.

14. Relation to Other Policies

This Photo and Video Release Policy should be read together with other Trilogy Sports & Fitness policies, including but not limited to:
