Trilogy Sports & Fitness is committed to providing high-quality training, coaching, fitness, sports performance, and related services. This Refund Policy explains how payments, refunds, credits, cancellations, memberships, packages, subscriptions, and unused sessions are handled.
By purchasing a package, membership, subscription, training program, session, camp, clinic, assessment, online coaching service, or any other service from Trilogy Sports & Fitness, you agree to this Refund Policy.
For most issues, requests, billing questions, refund requests, membership questions, scheduling issues, account concerns, or general support needs, clients should submit a support ticket through our Support Request page at https://trilogyfitpt.com/support. This allows Trilogy Sports & Fitness to properly track, review, and respond to requests.
1. General Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all purchases are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Training packages Monthly memberships Package subscriptions Sports performance programs Personal training services Group training services Online coaching Assessments Camps Clinics Drop-in sessions Special promotions Discounted offers Digital programs or resources
Refunds are not guaranteed for unused sessions, missed sessions, late cancellations, no-shows, relocation, schedule conflicts, change of mind, failure to attend, lack of use, or failure to book available sessions.
2. Packages and Session Credits
Training packages and session credits must be used according to the terms provided at purchase.
Unused sessions are not automatically refundable. If a package has an expiration date, unused sessions may expire after that date.
Package extensions, account credits, or transfers may be considered at the discretion of Trilogy Sports & Fitness, but are not guaranteed.
3. Memberships, Subscriptions, and Recurring Payments
Some services may be billed on a recurring monthly basis. By enrolling in a recurring membership, package subscription, or subscription-based service, you authorize Trilogy Sports & Fitness or its payment processor to charge your payment method according to the agreed billing schedule.
Clients are responsible for managing their membership or package subscription and canceling before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue service. Clients have the ability to cancel their membership or subscription ahead of time according to the cancellation instructions provided by Trilogy Sports & Fitness or through the applicable client portal, app, payment system, written communication process, or Support Request page.
Trilogy Sports & Fitness is not responsible or obligated to provide a refund if a client does not cancel their membership, package subscription, or recurring payment on time before the next billing date.
Membership and subscription payments are non-refundable once charged unless otherwise approved in writing by Trilogy Sports & Fitness.
If Trilogy Sports & Fitness chooses to approve a refund for a late cancellation, missed cancellation, billing issue, or subscription payment that was not canceled on time, the refund may be subject to a service charge. This service charge may include administrative time, transaction costs, payment processor fees, and any other fees related to the refunded amount.
Cancellation requests submitted after a payment has already processed will apply to the next billing cycle unless Trilogy Sports & Fitness approves a different arrangement in writing.
4. Minimum Commitment Programs
Some packages, memberships, or promotional rates may require a minimum commitment period, such as a 3-month or 6-month commitment.
By purchasing a service with a minimum commitment, you agree to complete the full commitment period and pay all amounts due during that commitment.
Early cancellation of a minimum commitment program may not remove your responsibility for remaining payments unless approved in writing by Trilogy Sports & Fitness.
5. Cancellations and No-Shows
To respect trainer time, facility space, and other clients, cancellations and rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as used, charged, or forfeited.
No-shows may be charged or counted as completed sessions.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session and may still count as a full session.
6. Camps, Clinics, Events, and Special Programs
Payments for camps, clinics, events, challenges, and special programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
If Trilogy Sports & Fitness cancels an event, camp, clinic, or special program, we may offer a refund, credit, transfer, rescheduled date, or alternative service option.
If a participant cannot attend after registration, refunds are not guaranteed. Account credits or transfers may be considered at our discretion.
7. Online Coaching and Digital Services
Online coaching, digital programs, training plans, app-based services, and downloadable or accessible resources are non-refundable once purchased, delivered, accessed, or activated.
Because digital and coaching services involve preparation, programming, access, and administrative work, refunds are not guaranteed for lack of use, missed check-ins, incomplete workouts, or failure to follow the program.
8. Medical Issues or Injuries
If a client or athlete becomes injured, ill, or medically unable to participate, they should submit a support ticket through the Support Request page at https://trilogyfitpt.com/support as soon as possible.
Refunds are not guaranteed for injuries, illness, or medical issues. However, Trilogy Sports & Fitness may consider an account credit, package hold, extension, or modified service option when appropriate.
Documentation from a medical provider may be requested before any credit, hold, or extension is approved.
9. Account Credits
In some cases, Trilogy Sports & Fitness may offer an account credit instead of a refund.
Account credits may be used toward eligible future services, packages, memberships, camps, clinics, or programs. Account credits are not cash refunds and may not be transferred unless approved in writing.
Account credits may have expiration dates or usage limits.
10. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Promotional offers, discounted packages, special pricing, and limited-time deals are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Promotions may not be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Discounted purchases may have separate terms, commitment periods, expiration dates, or restrictions.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a question or concern about a charge, you should submit a support ticket through our Support Request page at https://trilogyfitpt.com/support before filing a chargeback or payment dispute so we can review the issue.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us through the Support Request page may result in account suspension, cancellation of future bookings, loss of access to services, and collection of any outstanding balance, where permitted by law.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Trilogy Sports & Fitness will review the request and respond as appropriate.
13. Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method when possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, credit card company, or third-party platform.
Transaction fees, processing fees, administrative fees, used services, or other related costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
If a refund is approved for a recurring membership, package subscription, or payment that was not canceled before the billing date, Trilogy Sports & Fitness may deduct a service charge from the refunded amount. This service charge may include payment processing fees, transaction fees, administrative costs, and other costs related to issuing the refund.
14. Changes to This Refund Policy
Trilogy Sports & Fitness may update this Refund Policy at any time.
When updates are made, the revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Continued use of our website or services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Refund Policy.
