Welcome to Trilogy Sports & Fitness. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules and expectations for using our website, online portal, programs, training services, packages, memberships, subscriptions, and related services.

Trilogy Sports & Fitness provides sports performance training, personal training, fitness coaching, youth athlete development, group training, online coaching, assessments, memberships, package subscriptions, training packages, camps, clinics, and related services.
Specific services, availability, pricing, package details, schedules, membership terms, subscription terms, and program offerings may change at any time.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You may be required to create an account through our website, app, booking system, client portal, support system, or third-party platform to access certain services.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login information secure, managing your account, submitting support requests when needed, and updating your account information when needed.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for creating, managing, approving, and monitoring accounts, bookings, payments, waivers, support requests, and participation for minor athletes.
3. Minor Participants
Trilogy Sports & Fitness works with youth athletes and minors. A parent or legal guardian must approve participation for any minor.
By registering a minor, submitting forms, signing waivers, booking sessions, purchasing services, submitting support requests, or managing an account on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you have proper authority to act on behalf of the minor.
Parents and guardians are responsible for making sure the minor participant follows all facility rules, safety instructions, behavior expectations, and program requirements.
4. Health, Safety, and Medical Disclaimer
Participation in training, fitness, sports performance, exercise, or athletic activity involves risk. These risks may include soreness, fatigue, muscle strain, injury, illness, aggravation of existing conditions, accidents, or other health-related issues.
Trilogy Sports & Fitness is not a medical provider. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or rehabilitation from a licensed healthcare provider.
Before participating, you should consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider if you or your child has any medical condition, injury, limitation, illness, or concern that may affect safe participation.
By participating in our services, you confirm that you or your child are physically able to participate and that all relevant health, injury, and emergency contact information has been provided accurately.

5. Waivers and Required Forms
Before participating in services, clients may be required to complete waivers, releases, health history forms, consent forms, emergency contact forms, intake forms, or other required documents.
Participation may be denied, paused, or canceled if required forms are incomplete, inaccurate, expired, or not submitted.
The completion of forms does not guarantee that participation is risk-free.
6. Bookings, Scheduling, and Attendance
Sessions, classes, training blocks, assessments, camps, clinics, and other appointments may require advance booking.
Clients are responsible for booking sessions properly, arriving on time, and following all scheduling instructions provided through our website, app, portal, email, text, support system, or staff communication.
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions and may still count as a used session.
Missed sessions, no-shows, cancellations, and rescheduling requests may be subject to our cancellation policy, package rules, membership terms, subscription terms, or refund policy.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
To respect trainer time, facility space, and other clients, cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as used, charged, or forfeited.
No-shows may be charged or counted as completed sessions.
Trilogy Sports & Fitness may cancel, reschedule, or modify sessions due to trainer availability, facility needs, weather, emergency circumstances, low enrollment, safety concerns, or other business reasons.

8. Payments, Packages, Memberships, and Subscriptions
Payment may be required before services are provided. Pricing, package terms, membership options, subscription options, billing cycles, and promotional offers may vary by location, program, service type, or agreement.
By purchasing a package, membership, subscription, or service, you agree to the listed price, billing terms, commitment period, cancellation terms, refund terms, and payment schedule associated with that service.
Some services may involve monthly billing, recurring payments, minimum commitments, package expiration dates, subscription renewals, or auto-renewal terms. These terms will be provided at checkout, in the client portal, on the invoice, in the service agreement, or through written communication.
Clients are responsible for managing their memberships, package subscriptions, recurring payments, and billing information. Clients have the ability to cancel their membership or subscription ahead of time according to the cancellation instructions provided by Trilogy Sports & Fitness or through the applicable client portal, app, payment system, written communication process, or Support Request page.
Trilogy Sports & Fitness is not responsible or obligated to provide a refund if a client does not cancel their membership, package subscription, or recurring payment on time before the next billing date.
If Trilogy Sports & Fitness chooses to approve a refund for a late cancellation, missed cancellation, billing issue, or subscription payment that was not canceled on time, the refund may be subject to a service charge. This service charge may include administrative time, transaction costs, payment processor fees, and any other fees related to the refunded amount.
You are responsible for keeping payment information current and making payments on time.

9. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable once services, packages, memberships, subscriptions, programs, camps, clinics, or training blocks have been purchased.
Refunds, credits, transfers, or extensions may be considered at the discretion of Trilogy Sports & Fitness, but are not guaranteed.
No refund is guaranteed for missed sessions, unused sessions, late cancellations, no-shows, failure to schedule, failure to attend, relocation, change of mind, lack of use, or failure to cancel a recurring membership, package subscription, or payment before the next billing date.
Approved refunds may be reduced by transaction fees, payment processing fees, administrative fees, service charges, used services, or other related costs.

10. Package Expiration and Transfers
Training packages, memberships, package subscriptions, and session credits may have expiration dates or usage limits.
Unused sessions may expire according to the package terms provided at purchase. Sessions are not transferable to another person unless approved in writing by Trilogy Sports & Fitness.
Promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing may not be combined, transferred, extended, or applied retroactively unless approved in writing.

11. Facility Rules and Participant Conduct
All clients, athletes, parents, guardians, guests, and visitors are expected to behave respectfully and safely.
Participants must follow all instructions from Trilogy Sports & Fitness staff, trainers, contractors, and facility representatives.
We reserve the right to deny service, remove a participant, cancel a booking, suspend an account, or terminate services for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, threatening, abusive, inappropriate, or harmful to others.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Ignoring safety instructions Damaging equipment or property Harassing staff, trainers, clients, athletes, or families Using inappropriate language or behavior Creating an unsafe training environment Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or payment issues Violating facility policies or program rules Misusing the website, app, portal, support request system, or communication channels 12. Parent, Guardian, and Spectator Conduct
Parents, guardians, and spectators are expected to support a positive training environment.
Trilogy Sports & Fitness may limit, restrict, or remove spectators if their behavior disrupts training, distracts participants, interferes with coaching, or creates a negative environment.
Parents and guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of minor athletes.
13. Results Disclaimer
Trilogy Sports & Fitness is committed to providing high-quality coaching, training, programming, and support. However, results vary by individual.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to improvements in strength, speed, vertical jump, endurance, body composition, sport performance, injury prevention, playing time, scholarship opportunities, team placement, or competitive results.
Progress depends on many factors, including attendance, consistency, effort, nutrition, sleep, recovery, injury status, genetics, outside training, sport demands, and adherence to coaching.
14. Online Coaching, App, Portal, and Support System Use
Some services may be delivered through an online portal, app, training platform, booking system, support request system, or other third-party technology.
You are responsible for using these platforms appropriately, maintaining your login information, completing assigned tasks, checking schedules, submitting accurate support requests when needed, and communicating any technical issues.
Trilogy Sports & Fitness is not responsible for outages, technical problems, user errors, third-party platform changes, or access issues caused by external providers.
15. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful and appropriate purposes.
You may not:
